RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Naro Moda our priority is customer satisfaction, for this reason, we provide a size guide and recommendation note, it also has a chat button for questions if you wish in case of doubt.

Our garments are thoroughly checked and our packages prepared with great care. Even so, if you are not satisfied with the product, you have 15 calendar days to exchange or return it.

 HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

To make a return it is essential to follow the following steps:

You must send us an e-mail to info@naromoda.com or contact us through WhatsApp at the number +34 604-104-048 indicating the order number, purchase date, name of the person who placed the order and the product you want to return.
Send us the product within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to the address Carretera de la Fuensanta 119 30012 Murcia Spain
Naro Moda will reject any return that has not followed these instructions.

Returns will not be accepted on items that have been used or have stains, forced seams, tears or any anomaly beyond being proven; The products must be returned with the original label and packaging and in the same conditions as they were sent to you.

No exchanges or returns will be made on jewelry and outlet clothing.

To send us the package, you can choose the courier service you want, be it the Post Office or courier company. Remember that it is your sole responsibility for the package to arrive at our store, so we recommend that you obtain tracking or certified shipping. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

To proceed with the return, it is mandatory that the packages arrive identified with the order number and name of the person who placed it.

Once we have received the package, checked its status and that the instructions indicated above have been followed, we will proceed with the refund (deducting shipping costs) within a maximum period of 7 days through bizum or transfer (in that case You must provide us with an account number). If you have benefited from free shipping, this amount will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

In the event that the return is rejected, you will be notified via e-mail and it will be returned to the customer after payment of shipping costs.
HOW TO CHANGE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

We are sorry if you have received a defective product, our team thoroughly checks each item before being sent, but if this happens we will proceed to exchange said garment for another in perfect condition.

In this case you have a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the shipment to notify us of said incident via e-mail to the address info@naromoda.com or via WhatsApp to the number +34 604-104-048.

You must tell us the order number, date of purchase, name of the person who placed the order and attach a photo of the tare and labeling of the garment.

 Our couriers will pick up said garment (which must be prepared in the best possible way so that it does not suffer damage) and will deliver the new package, all free of charge within a period of no more than 7 days (ONLY FOR PENINSULA).

If you do not have said garment, the order will be refunded by the same method that the initial payment was made.

Important note: Returns for defective items will only be accepted when the product retains its labeling. Otherwise, it will be understood that the item has been used and the defect has been due to improper use of the item.

The customer who manages a return for a defective product assumes his responsibility, as well as all the legal consequences that may arise from bad faith conduct constituting fraud.
